ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Prices are subject to change without notice, but we promise not to change the price of an order you’ve already placed. Payment must be received in full before products are shipped. You warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide to us.
ORDER PICKUP
When you place an order, we will select an arranged pickup time. That time slot is reserved for you, so please arrive within your 15-minute window for a speedy handoff. If you’re more than 20 minutes late without notice, we may reschedule your pickup to avoid disruptions and contact you about the next steps. Order cancellations should be made less than 24 hours before pickup.
Please have your order confirmation, payment, and a valid ID ready at pickup. In the unlikely event of severe weather or other emergencies, we may need to adjust pickup times. We’ll notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new slot.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you’re not delighted with your purchase, let us know within 30 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for unopened products in their original condition, subject to inspection. Due to the perishable nature and authenticity of our syrup, opened items are not eligible for return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items.
PRODUCT ALLERGENS AND SAFETY
Our maple syrup is produced in a facility that may process other natural products. While we take food safety seriously, cross-contact with other natural ingredients or pollen is possible. If you have severe pollen allergies, please consult us before ordering.
